"Personal" Service
With the massive growth of the Concierge industry over the past few years, many firms have started to overlook the importance of offering personal service. Many firms are opperating exclusively online offering all their services through their website. Once a client processes their request over that website, they have no one on one contact with this individual processing the request. This is a very big problem. When choosing VIP Services, a personal concierge will be assigned to you. When you submit a request, your Personal Concierge will complete the request. Someone is available at any given time, day or night and can  be contacted directly via their private phone number (Which you will be provided upon your initial consultation)   

Availability
Unlike "other" concierge firms, VIP Services is at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We're awake, so you don't have to be.

Formal Presence
All VIP Services Personal Concierges are formally dressed in "Tails Style" Tuxedos for every request. When you're off-loading personal tasks to a concierge firm, you want to off-load them to a firm that both looks, and acts professional.  

Most requests filled within 4 hours
Some firms request that you give them 48 hours notice for a new request. We truly believe that it's not only unrealistic, but absurd! The main reason our clients off-load their "to-do list" to us is because they are time deprived. In today's fast paced society, things need to be completed as soon as possible. We however understand the urgency in all requests, therefore we strive to complete them within 4 hours.
